Great friendly pub, food is always freshly cooked and prepared if they are busy you may well have to wait a while for your food but definatley worth the wait.

So impressed by past I arranged for my daughter's wedding lunch here. My roast pork was excellent. Sadly, no crackling!

There is an a la carte and bar meal menu. The portions are big. The fillet steak is my recommendation for around £11. The pub also has three real ale pumps with a rotating guest ale. The restaurant is closed Mondays as the chef/owner is a keen darts fan and Monday is darts night. Barry
