An easy place to spot. My wife and I have been a few times, and although we've had a steak that was too well done, generally the food has been good. Much better value for money than you get closer to Bowness and Ambleside.

I have eaten here twice now. I had the Sunday Dinner and I went mid-week too. The Sunday dinner was lovely and they had a special on for 3 courses. Well worth the money. Mid-week though the food was better! Same menu but you don't feel compelled to have the dinner. Between a few of us, our favourite was the mussels in a thai sauce. Delicious flavouring.
