We had a party of 12 for Christmas lunch and Boxing Day lunch and I have to say that we all agreed that the food was absolutely superb and the atmosphere was most enjoyable, thoroughly enjoyed the experience

The food is medocre in this pub. Have eaten there a couple of times , the Sunday lunch was awful and it was not cheap. Have found extra items on the bill that you have not ordered, or charging you for more expensive wine and serving a cheaper variety, so check the labels and the bill.

Cannot believe this is the same place that I ate in last September. Apparently it has changed hands and the food and hospitality is absolutely excellent. I would have to say that this is some of the best and most varied food that I have eaten for a very long time. You will not be disappointed

The most unfriendly pub in Brittain. Ordered food which was sub standard, had cleary been re heated several times. The very aggressive cook refused to replace it or exchange or give a refund, a genuinly bizare experience. Stay away from this backward pub, where good manners and customer care have escaped their little corner of the world
