Arrived at The Thornhill Arms at 1700 not knowing that food wasn't served until 1800.
Before I could get to my car, the owner came after me and said we are cooking for a party of 15 so another two won't hurt.
So my wife and I said lovely and went back inside, sat down and within twenty minutes we were eating a first class meal.
The staff were very friendly and polite, and we will be back.
Ray & Tonie.
